Plans lay out budgets, prioritize which conversions to undertake first, and identify how lawns should be addressed depending on stakeholder needs. Plans also identify potential grant and rebate programs to offset project costs.

For smaller properties, a non functional turf conversion design may be all that is needed, versus a turf conversion plan.
